You also enjoy the benefits of rapid availability and a great price. In our tried-and-tested remanufacturing process, our specialists professionally dismantle and clean the used parts. All wear parts are then replaced with Mercedes‑Benz GenuineParts. That means that your Mercedes‑Benz truck remains a true genuine, and the standard high level of quality for the genuine remanufactured parts means that you gain a high-grade common rail.
The common rail in a truck is part of the vehicle's fuel supply system and transfers the pressure built up for injecting the fuel directly to the injectors. During the fuel injection process, the fuel is first propelled at high pressure into the main body of the common rail. From there, it is transferred via the fuel injectors to the cylinders, where it is eventually burned. The common rail itself is exposed to very high pressure in the process.
Using a remanufactured common rail for your truck saves raw materials and energy. By choosing a genuine remanufactured part, you will be conserving resources and thus protecting the environment. All genuine remanufactured parts in our range are comparable to their equivalent new parts in terms of quality, which means that you do not have to compromise on anything when you opt for one of our genuine remanufactured parts.
